Shipping and Returns
Orders placed online are typically shipped within 2-3 business days of your order being placed and confirmed by our team. In some unforeseen circumstances this period maybe take a little longer.
Any products listed as a preo-order will be shipped in the timeline provided at the time of purchase. Should that be delayed, we will notify all customers with an updated timeline.
Once an order has shipped, we are unable to reclaim, change, or redirect the package. Please make sure all of your shipping information is correct before placing your order.
Once the package is picked up by the carrier, any issues that arise will need to be dealt with the carrier directly.
Just Don ships to most countries outside of the U.S. If your country is not a selectable option at checkout, we will unfortunately be unable to ship to your address.
All international orders are shipped Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU). You as the customer are responsible for all duties, taxes, or fees assessed by your country at the time of delivery. Just Don will not pay any assessed taxes, duties, or fees, nor will we pay the cost to have the package returned to us. Should you choose to abandon the package and not pay these fees at the time of delivery, you will not be eligible for a refund. Placing an order shipped to a country that is not the United States of America is an acknowledgment of this policy by you.
We understand that sometimes things don't work out. We will accept returns one full price merchandise within 14 days of your order, so long as the returned item is in new, unworn condition with the tags attached and no noticeable stains, damage, or odors. Any items purchased on sale or at a discount are considered final sale and are not eligible for return.
